I want to wean off Facebook. Since 2008, I’ve created at 3 different profiles. I’ve deleted my profiles and gone cold turkey twice, once for 8 months and once for 2 years. It seems worse each time I get back on. My usage increases, like a rebound effect in addiction. It takes hold of me. cont’d…
