Monserate Winery in San Diego's North County village of Fallbrook is a stunner. They have transformed a golf course into an Italian Village, complete with fresh water ponds, bubbling fountains, 2 restaurants, a wedding venue and soon to come a hotel! It is a must-see. The wines are fabulous.
