Weekend moments that I am excited about! After three years, I finally got to dig up my madder root. These roots turn into a vibrant red #handmadewatercolorpaint! I built a garden altar in my greenhouse. Featured a little moment to honor #indigo; hoping it brings a bountiful harvest. #naturaldye

Seeing hummingbirds in the wild is such a treat. I’ve never seen a Rufous Hummingbird but hopefully one day I will. Painting these two was a lot of fun!
