Many states have fewer than a dozen full-time emergency management employees. Think about that for just a moment - a dozen people expected to handle a massive flood, terrorist attack, or tornado outbreak. With no federal support. No backup. No cavalry. This stupidity will get Americans killed.

I’d love to hear more about what you’ve seen/think could go wrong. The world is going in this direction (fast) and I’d like to deeply understand the risks.
