My loves? Easy! My beautiful family & friends, my tiny dogs, my not so tiny but never crowded beach, music, politicians who aren't crazy (the Dems) & ALL my pro-democracy friends.
PLEASE, no DMs - I hate blocking people if I can help it 💙🇺🇸
But I guess we don’t have a problem with guns in this country? Ugh.

NJ - ‘Quaker parrots are illegal to own or sell, as they are considered a potentially dangerous species.
Several other states also prohibit the ownership, including Calif, Colorado, Ct, Ky, Pa, Ga, Hawaii, Rhode Island, Tennessee & Wyoming’. ☹️

Total BS, if you ask me.
Obviously written by men, human men. Only humans would say ‘humans rule animals’ - if it weren’t for animals we would not be alive.

No thanks on Chick-fil-A.

My bestie has the greatest bird I’ve ever known. A beautiful Blue Crown who spends his summer days at my house at the beach in NJ & everyone on my beach knows him. They know my friend has ‘Gilbert’s mommy’ & they know me as ‘Gilbert’s mom’s friend’ (and I’M the one who lives here!). 😂

Quakers are so lovable! I live in NJ & they are illegal here but I really don’t get that. Such great little birds!

Same - add in Space Oddity & Young Americans & you've nailed my favorites. Great stuff, he was a genius.

NJ, by chance? If so, I remember it well!
If that's the store, I didn't even know they closed, they used to do small events there. I saw Graham Parker there around 2014(ish 🤷🏻‍♀️) w only 30-35 others.

Personally, as much as I enjoy having all music at my fingertips, I miss record stores. I know there are still some around & they have turntables to listen (max fun), etc., but even when CD filled these stores the vibe changed & we'll never get that back.

I must ask, if you don't mind. Favorite album?
Mine, Hunky-Dory all the way, but IMHO nothing he touched didn't turn into musical gold. The man was a brilliant musical & artistic genius. Makes me curious what else you listen to from the era. All eras had their greats, for sure.

Thanks for the support-what's w the Gen-X disses? This Gen-Xer voted for & worked on both her campaigns, as well as many other 'non-fascists' (Andy Kim NJ ❤️ & locals), so I say 'FU' to those dissing an entire generation who started a movement Millennials & Gen-Z keep using (WE share the ❤️ y'all).

Thank you! I LOVE when people show an interest in pinball. In NJ we have a few places called Yestercades, which have video games from the very first to current day, including a line of probably 10–12 PB machines. Everything from Metallica to South Park (& lots of good ole' trashy ones too). 🤩

No, thanks though.

Almost no women want DMs & my experience on blue sky so far has been nothing but men sending me DM's that I try to politely discourage. Sometimes discouraging works, often it doesn't (unfollow). Just a little insight into how we think. She may feel differently though. Peace.

If you've ever seen this in person, it almost seems unreal. I've seen it a few times in the breaking surf, but once inside a crab trap & that was pretty crazy. You could see it clinging to the sides of the crab trap. Things in nature are too beautiful to describe sometimes, aren't they?

Done, but will paste the US number in on mine.
You deserve serious thanks for caring about things like this enough to encourage others to do so. Hoping you have a wonderful holiday & a very happy new year!
