i found another one? it doesnt have any writing on it but its still interesting. i wonder why both of the photos were taken at night? are they even from the same area?

I found a strange picture today, i dont quite know where its from but it had a note on the back. it was a little hard to read since the ink was smudged but i could make out "Elwood Manor" which is odd cause the building doesnt look big enough to be a manor? i'll be updating as i find more
