I guess I’m not the first to say this, and maybe yesterday wasn’t the actual turning point, but it’s clear now that the United States is no longer a democratic country. Of all the things I thought as a kid I had to worry about, like WWIII or nukes for example, this wasn’t one of them. I am shook.
