It's my wife's, too, and I have to stop myself from saying, over and over, "Have you done it yet?? Have you done it yet?" It doesn't help that I'm in Spain and she's in NY, so I did it hours ago and she's just getting up!!

I have not assigned a physical, traditionally published casebook in years. I have my own textbook for torts and use my own materials or free or low-cost alternatives (Semaphore Press or CALI Ebooks, for example) for the rest.

I went to college in Oswego. The snow would go past us sideways. The towns to our east and south would get buried. We had snow, but more of it blew past than ever landed there...

Thanks for the reporting & keeping on top of this. Not trying to be obnoxious, but the article says Supreme Court ruled on Friday evening, but it was Thursday evening, as I'm sure you know. Probably happened because with everything going on all the time it's hard to remember what day it is...

Not sure this is still helpful, but we use Ooma for our old landline that we just weren't quite ready to give up. We use the "free" plan, but the "premier" plan is $9.99/mo+taxes.

I tapped out on Duolingo when I couldn't learn more generally from the individual lessons; tried babbl (paid) but only worked for awhile before again losing the thread. Now considering Göthe Institute for a live online course, but they're expensive. Languages didn't come naturally to me, FWIW.
