Well done, Rob & team! A well-written and interesting read. I'm curious about possible solutions which allow care coordinators more time for supervision. Maybe if the long term efficiency of the MOL approach becomes evident to the administrators, it gains priority?

If the academic exodus from Twitter continues, I wonder if systems like #Altmetric will start to collect data from other social networks? Very focused on X at the moment, but that’s (maybe) going to be less relevant soon.
