I’m not sure Levy was ever bothered about having awkward conversations. The difficulty we’ve had is with buying bad players that no one else wants. I agree with you though it rarely seems to work out. What really annoys me is how many of our loanees spend the season sitting on a bench somewhere.

We’ve conceded one goal. Frank says he’s working on phase 1, and 2 and 3 will come later. We have quality all over the pitch and on the bench. Frank is working it out. I find it numbing how critical some are.

For the first time I honestly wonder if Ange is the right man. That was the most disappointing display I’ve seen from us under him.They looked like an uncoached side and man for man only Spence and Bergval showed up. I hope I’m overreacting but we look very very ordinary. Where has Angeball gone ?
