This was my first year growing Tithonia. I found it a little troublesome to get the seed going, but it turns out, I didn't need too many as they got HUGE. The bees become fully obsessed with these flamey orangey good things.

I have a feeling this was a Dahlia Eveline. It flowered for months on end and I'm hoping it makes it through the winter months in a little box in the garage.

Tiger's Eye sunflowers are definitely coming back next year. Because they were absolutely gorge and right now the birds are feasting on their seedheads.

There was something kinda gothic about the light pink roses that were glowing in the darkest corners of my garden this summer. Little pinky petally lanterns in that dark.
