It makes me so sad seeing my beloved Corps used as political pawns.
Marines are an assault force. Their/our mission and training are to kill enemy combatants. Employing them on US citizens on US soil is a recipe for disaster that undermines morale and what it means to be a Marine.

Marines are an assault force. Their/our mission and training are to kill enemy combatants. Employing them on US citizens on US soil is a recipe for disaster that undermines morale and what it means to be a Marine.

How negligent and incompetent can you be and still be in charge? Remember, we're talking about the Secretary of Defense, supposedly leading the entire military, not some low-level administrator.
