Completely understand that perspective and I apologize for mischaracterizing her involvement in the criminal case - I admit to not having studied the case very closely.
And I take your point: the more likely truth is that she did NOT desire all of the things that happened in there.

And my default is always to give the women the benefit of the doubt - But there are women who lie, and in those cases I feel horribly for any men who were falsely accused of doing anything to her to which she did consent or she did not desire.
