I've spent most of my adult life unlearning the reactive way I was living life. I work at filling my days with conscious awareness of just being in each moment. It's an ongoing process but it's such an amazing journey. I also work a job to pay the bills. ♥️

It takes so much courage to sign up to serve your country. You don't ask for anything in return. I'm glad you decided to keep them. I have a service jacket from the late 1990s to remind me of my service ♥️
