I wish. Trained for and ran marathons, switched to vegan diet for two years - still well over 300 cholesterol…. I’ve been taking statin for over 5 years now and it’s below 200. Not trying to speak for anyone but myself - in my case I’ve begrudgingly accepted taking the statin.
