There are still good trainers, but the industry as a whole is corrupt. Gambling has no place in dog sports and only invites exploitation and welfare concerns. Ireland has a horrific history of turning a blind eye to greyhound abuse and cruelty off the back of the gambling industry.

For a dog his age, he’s in phenomenal condition. Good food and lots of exercise!
