I agree....here's an essay I wrote on that topic last summer. I am only commenting on the cowardice of the GOP. I think the MAGA base—weaned as it is on QAnon—has less tolerance for pedophilia and might turn on Trump, and that's the only thing that would cause the Republican leadership to do so.
