I'm just enjoying a recent memory as I recover from surgery. I can feel the healing energy even though I am not there at the moment.

2 weeks and 1 day post Colon Cancer Surgery, and I'm itching to get out to the woods. BUT I am taking it slow. I'm just not used to all this inactivity, but if that is the worst of my worries, I'm doing pretty damn good, and I appreciate all the great vibes from everyone

1/Even in the darkness, I can find the light and the beauty. Tomorrow (Sunday, Oct 19th) is prep day for the removal of my colon cancer.
This will be done in its entirety. I got shit I need to do and people/places I need to go....period

Working on my daily self-care model. My commitment is to take time in nature or working on a horse up until the 19th to ensure I am in the best headspace possible before surgery on 10/20
