I agree with you Mark. I see two *real* things he is trying to do in the midst of the confusion he is creating:
1. Consolidate power by getting his cabinet nominations approved.
2. Destroy any Obama/Biden legacy by freezing funding, then claim credit for any work that he allows to move forward.

Yes. Really painful to see what has happened — and is happening — to all of our friends there. Personally, I am really happy to have landed in a great place, but I grieve at the continuing drip, drip of news from SNC.
