We had some Polish relatives visit a few weeks back. I served my signature Spagbol made with meat-free mince and didn't tell them. They loved it (and they're Polish - who's national dish is sausage). The product was cheaper than real beef, too. IMO the challenge is 90% psychological.

The Climate Changed ... So Must We. So the backdrop is climate change but the themes are AI and human consciousness related. I enjoy thrillers, too, so that's the style. It's professionally edited by the way unlike some self-pub stuff.
