And the first Evil Dead. While Evil Dead 2 is incredible and defines that franchise perfectly, I love the DIY low budget nature of the first Evil Dead.

I have too many favourites. But my heart, brain, and gut have it down to either “The Thing,” “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre,” the ‘54 “Gojira,” or one of George A. Romero’s first 3 “Dead” movies, (but that switches from Day to Day… to Night, to Dawn? Wow, bad joke! 😂)
