I am not saying that we should have Free market healthcare, I believe universal Healthcare and universal basic income are definitely the way forward. Just saying that if we really had a free market, things would be better.

The idea behind capitalism is a free market will regulate itself, and drive prices down due to competition. Healthcare in the US is anything but a free market.
