Over 10 months into this year, I discovered my favorite book of 2024. While not perfect, Sword of Kaigen has some of the best characterization I’ve read in many years. I loved the worldbuilding and would’ve love for this to be a duology/trilogy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
