What do you mean by “Why Joe?”?

Especially windows they claim weigh 600 pounds and can’t be opened?! I’ve thrown things out an upper story window before being sure it wouldn’t injure anyone or damage anything! And I also went and took care of it immediately whether it was being discarded or moved somewhere else!
