Could Miller really believe Judges are making law/ replacing the elected officials judgement when they rule on Constitutionality? Why do media “questioning”him remain mute?

I hope someone is keeping track of all the short sighted actions he has taken so that we can all see the ultimate damage -crops ruined/fires harder to extinguish in CA the next year, attacks the FBI can’t stop, deaths in Africa, more air crashes, etc etc.

And NYTimes editorial critical of the pardon never mentions the unique nature of the case v Hunter w direct political pressure undermining a typical deal.
