Steve’s success isn’t about flash. It’s how he shows up every day: positive, consistent, focused on the work (with plenty of corny jokes along the way).

Well deserved.

At Roundstone, we bust each other’s chops because we’re in it together and we want to win.

The inbox will always be there. The real work is discipline, direction, and showing up for your people.

You don’t have to choose between winning and being grounded. Being intentional with your time and energy matters: at work and at home.

Purpose without accountability is noise. Purpose with accountability builds credibility.

That's how discipline becomes closed deals.

Skip the hype. Stack the habits that win. What daily habit you locking in for 2026 to own your number?

At Roundstone, we push for simpler, clearer, people-first health plans with real transparency and control. No sugar coating. No corporate spin. Just better solutions and a team that actually gives a damn.

We should do better… and we can.

Same thing in business. When things get chaotic, your preparation and your team’s trust are what show up.

Show up prepared. Stay accountable. Play for the people beside you.

Not flashy, just the difference between people you can rely on and people you have to chase.

Small Business Saturday is a good day to show up for places like that. They carry the weight all year.

Here’s to Paragon for being one of mine.

For me, that’s Paragon: the local gym where I get pushed harder than I planned and still walk out feeling better than I walked in. No frills. Just real people, real effort, and the kind of camaraderie you can’t fake.
November 29, 2025 at 1:07 PM
The camaraderie makes the work worthwhile.

Outside of all that, I’m lucky to have friends and family who support what I do and keep me grounded.

Grateful for the people I get to build with, learn from, and come home to.

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone.
