The goal was to disrupt my plans and make my birthday all about them. I didn’t take the bait and they got stuck with the consequences of their drama.

For example: my narc tried to create a medical emergency so I would cancel my birthday dinner.
Instead of yelling & saying how stupid, I simply said then call 911 and went to dinner as planned.
They had to wait overnight in the emergency room and were immediately treated and streeted. Oh well 💁🏼‍♀️

And they’ll do it again. They’re never wrong and take no accountability.

It does take practice, and sometimes you’ll slip. But it gets easier the more you do it 🤩

This administration is creating a gordian knot for someone else to untangle, and the American public does not have enough civic education to understand that it's going to take longer than two/four years.
