A lil fun fact for my fellow WBB nerds: Paige Bueckers is the first player since Breanna Stewart in 2016 to be drafted No. 1 and win the NCAA championship in the same year. Only seven players have done so in WNBA history, all from two schools: UConn (5) and Tennessee (2).

Sami Whitcomb was named MVP of the WNBL. She dominated the regular season and finished with 21 ppg, 6.3 rpg and 5 apg. Her Bendigo Spirit moved on to the Final Four, starting Feb. 22.
