Three years ago I was working at a tv station in Sarasota.
I was in my office. I was stunned. I needed to get on the air about this.
I managed to get a local expert on Ukraine.
A cohost declared this wasn’t a “local story” and people didn’t care. I moved ahead.
It continues to deeply affect us.
