An unreasonable warm spell this weekend had temperatures reaching 26°C today, and so I decided it was time to finally visit the nude beach at Oka National Park in QC. I'll be making this trip a lot more often once the warm weather returns!

Today marks the 15th anniversary of my liver transplant. I was diagnosed with autoimmune hepatitis in April 2010 and rapidly declined, being hospitalized in early May. My scars are a constant reminder of the extremely valuable gift that an anonymous donor gave to me.

And I'm back at the nude beach at Weaselhead, in Calgary. A much nicer day for it and the Hummingbird trail has dried out nicely. At about 18°C the nude hike was pleasant at a slower pace today.

An interesting admission of the shift in personal perspective. I wonder if this would be a common experience for people who are currently offended by nudity? It is a learned response and perhaps positive experiences would help shed this conditioning?

It's been a while since I've posted anything. I was down with the flu for a good while and then just as I recovered from that, I picked up another respiratory infection. I am almost clear of that one, but it means I've been getting lots game time in with Baldurs Gate 3.
