It's so saddening to see what's happening with those people. LuLu, Zepla, Lucy Pyre... But I guess they're attracting the clicks and revenue from the internet grifters.

She gets like 800 hp so it's just not worth trying to take her out of the ult unless everyone's focusing on her. If there's immediate cover it's better to just wait a few seconds there.

I'd say I main Hulk/Thor as tanks, Widow/Storm as dps, and Loki/Raccoon as healers.
I've been playing Loki consistently the last few days, he's so fun. Stealing different ults depending on the state of the match is so satisfying.

Yeah his passive needs a buff or a rework. Iron Fist, Magik and Black Panther can stay in your face for like 5 minutes while Wolverine just flops.
Decrease the current one's CD to like 30 seconds or rework it completely to lifesteal (so it encourages aggressive play).

As an ex WoW player that had been playing since vanilla, definitely try FFXIV. You might be shocked at first cause it's a bit slow at the start but picks up fast. There's also less pressure on you to keep your char up to date.
If you enjoy a good story, you're in for a treat.
