Regretfully, synthetic fentanyl is not going away... It takes too long to grow poppies to make it profitable again, so synthetics will continue to rule that market... And tariffs do very little to mitigate this issue. Want to bring that production home, tariffs are the way to fentanyl made in Omaha.
