Well done Vanessa! I don't speak Spanish, but a national anthem's lyrics should be performed for the people in a variety of languages. The music is rearranged or orchestrated for a variety of ensembles and voices; the key is changed; it's performed instrumentally... so there's nothing at all wrong with singing it in Spanish. These times require brave people and this was a powerful artistic statement that will give at least some small comfort and support to those who are being treated so unfairly.

Humankind does not yet have a clear guidebook on "The Care and Feeding of The Billionaire Autocrat". Until it's written and put into place to properly curb the worst tendencies of you and your kind, the rest of us will resist as best we can and plan accordingly, but are also forced to watch in horror as you attempt to dismantle institutions for your own self-serving interests, without any of the benefits to those whose livelihoods and asses (not to mention the environment) you have stepped all over to get where you are. Yes, it's a shame. When "woke" (enlightenment, fairness, justice, equality, diversity, equity, and inclusion) are portrayed as Enemies of the State, and replaced with... well, what exactly? It's never articulated - no, that would reveal your true nature and intent. To have so much and to do so little of actual importance for the common person. History may accent your business savvy, but your actions, allegiances, and otherwise unhealthy existence will be your sad legacy. You've made your pathetic salute - a billion middle fingers right back at you Elon!

Sweet Potato White Bean Farro

With sauteed arugula/spinach and garlic minced. Farro has a bit of pesto with a tiny topper of honey or agave!

My son's #dog Coco - she takes great pride in finding balls on our walks and then chewing them to small pieces. I admire her work ethic and many of my songs these days are inspired by her... you can see why!

Imagine if millions of others change their profile pic? That would be a lot of blue balls!
