Barring withdrawal, 8th seed Kei Nishikori will be seeded for an ATP tournament for the first time since Miami 2021 (28th seed), when he lost in Round 3 to Stefanos Tsitsipas. Nishikori lost in his opening match in 4 of his last 6 ATP tournaments as a seed (since Canada Masters 2019)
