We’ve just made a massive leap into the future of electrical powered equipment with a new Battery Powered Spear & Jackson 42cm Cordless Rotary Lawnmower. To say I was dubious of getting rid of my Wolf self propelled gas guzzler I’m impressed with the new addition & the results. Thoughts welcomed.

The Hoover Dam situated in the Black Canyon of the Colorado River. Notice the rivers low water levels. Construction started April 1931 & opened 1st March 5 years later. It cost the lives of 100 construction workers. Originally called the Boulder Dam. Renamed by the Roosevelt administration in 1947.

"Jobs for the Boys"...a phrase I've been using for sometime now in relationship to a very near-by rugby region. It's an ethos that's now synonymous throughout Welsh rugby. Another very sad day in this Welsh sporting story. Time someone at the @WelshRugbyUnion finally grasped that nettle. #WALvAus
