Out for a walk in hazy nearly spring sunshine, through the woods at Roudsea Nature Reserve. Lots of song birds. Old yews growing out of the rocks

The clouds cleared so got three walks in today: round Llyn Maelog; then along the beach at Rhosneigr; then the estuary at Aberffraw

I bought a Mullein earlier in the summer, planted it despite being late in the growing season and am happy to see it is blooming — with these pretty white flowers. The Bumble Bees are getting at the last of the pollen. Also, amazingly, saw a Damselfly touch down in the garden
