I had one in ‘07 for a ruptured lumbar disc. My MRI machine had opening on side which helped. Earplugs & listen to music. I also felt pleasantly warm where it was scanning. Not everyone feels that though. I think you can also get sedation in some cases. Now I’d mediate & breath exercises

I know I should improve my eating choices but have trouble sticking to it. Congrats for really trying to make new habits 💜
