I’m not trying to attack you or defend them. History is replete with acts of barbarism by the masses orchestrated by the oligarchs in the name of religion.

I can’t argue with history. However, I can suggest the motives were not Christian as much as they were political and oligarchical. Religion was used to keep the masses dumb and complacent and the powerful rich and in charge.

I have it to the local food back. So, I cut out the middle man.

They may attend a church that calls itself Christian, but they clearly are not followers of the words of Christ. What you do to the least of these, you do to me.

I had the craziest idea a while back. When law enforcement encounters undocumented people, document them. “Ok, friend. Here is your tax payer ID. Good luck. You can’t vote or have any other citizens’ rights, but you do have the right to work, pay taxes, and be safe.” Problem solved.
