Every year we have a Christmas Cookie challenge called Extreme Cookie Night. Here was my submission: Raspberry Cheesecake Cookies.

My family has a tradition called Extreme Pie Night that we celebrate the night before Thanksgiving. My entry was a Fat Elvis Pie - graham cracker, pretzel, peanut crust with a chocolate cream filling, bananas, and a peanut butter cream topping. Banana chips and maple glazed pretzels for decoration.
