I took this picture of the night sky over this neat rock formation while camped out in the eastern Sierra back in October. I loved how the milky way seemed to erupt from the rocks.

This morning I dragged myself out of bed at 3:00 to head to the West End Bridge in hopes of capturing the moon over PPG Place and the Christmas tree at the Point in #Pittsburgh. Luckily the clouds stayed away for long enough to allow that to happen. Made for an amazing view.
