@14mission nitrile is what I use when I do use them but I agree the feel is useful when working fiddly jobs

@trouble This house is 130 years old but I imagine it wasn't connected to drains in Victorian times as there is still an outhouse where the toilet used to be.
To be fair, I trust Victorian plumbing more than I would new-build plumbing these days.

@trouble This house is 130 years old but I imagine it wasn't connected to drains in Victorian times as there is still an outhouse where the toilet used to be.

@trouble You're right. I've just done a search and it appears many people have had issues after coffee grinds. I've never had any trouble though.
But this would have been about 8 grams of coffee in total since it was 1/3rd of a puck. Since I do this only about six times a year, I guess it never […]

@14mission I use it for any grease. Essentially it's an exfoliation so it should work.
Always better to wear gloves though.
