I should say my feelings and reality of it. Obviously many people will have different experiences even if they happen to have similar timelines.

Especially when becoming increasingly quiet is interpreted as you being bored and therefore having a stronger need to be chatted with.

What i find more concerning is this line from the EO: “Notice and comment is unnecessary because I am ordering the repeal.” I’m not a history or law expert, but that seems to be deliberately bypassing regulatory process?

The actual definition being repealed: “a component or set of components distributed in commerce for attachment to a single supply fitting, for spraying water onto a bather, typically from an overhead position, excluding safety shower showerheads.” Clearly that’s too many words for Trump.

Despite complaining about a 13000 word definition, this order actually reverts the definition to a more complicated one defined during Trump’s last administration. Most of those 13000 words are covering the historical context for why regulation was needed to alleviate actual confusion.

I don't think a certain minority percentage is the the only way to measure if the community is underserved. I'll know racism is dead when I work with enough black people that I can honestly say "wow some of these people are just not that good at their jobs."

But it has Trans rights in the name, so misleading
