Settling in for the Indy 500 on TV, and caught Mission: Impossible Final Reckoning in IMAX yesterday. Things have been...not great for weeks, and it's been nice to have some things to truly enjoy over the last day. FWIW, the stunt work in Mission: Impossible was absolutely spectacular.

I'm officially a Transformers Blokees fan. I've gotten some of the blind boxes from Walmart & saw these in a FYE recently, so they were mine. About double the piece count of the blind boxes & light up features. Super detailed and poseable. Behold - Optimus Prime and Nemesis Prime! I want more.

I've been reading some of the new GI Joe Skybound stuff, basically because I'm an 80s kid, & it intersects with Transformers. I like a fresh take on things, but the best damn GI Joe story is the IDW Cobra series by @mikecosta.bsky.social @christosgage.bsky.social and Antonio Fuso. Great to revisit.

Scrooge got a visit from 3 ghosts for Xmas. I got a visit of 3 amazing @sketchyfigs.bsky.social sketch cards. Megatron, Shockwave, and Starscream all came for a visit. These are absolutely amazing. Don Figueroa's got the goods, people. Don't sleep on his next round of cards!

We moved into a new space at work & are now in a permanent area. I have a large wall with lots of space & haven't been in a rush to hang things. This is now dead center behind me and my desk. It's been quite the conversation starter. @sketchyfigs.bsky.social created a definitive Transformers piece.

Oooh, I'll post some Griffith Darth Vader goodness! You did this Rogue One-esque styled Vader for me back in 2017. I loved it then, and I still love the hell out of it today.
