`pixi global` is actually one of the few things where I sometimes have to default to `uv tool` instead because some packages are not on conda-forge and you can't `pixi global` PyPi packages.

Hard agree! After entering the postdoc stage where I inevitably will be changing institutions I’ve made my personal email my primary one on ORCID (or rather a dedicated email for science comms) 🤷‍♂️

They say it processes locally, but I would check with a mock document first and check the outgoing data. It’s basically uploading all your research in its final form with no licensing, while also knowing where you’ll submit - I wouldn’t be surprised to see that paper pop up elsewhere soon.

I would super careful before using this! Tried looking up the researchers in the reviews and couldn’t find any of them. Apparently Claude often starts with Sarah Chen when making up fictional characters (www.reddit.com/r/ClaudeAI/c...).
