I can only say these things.

I know the people who would benefit the most from this advice aren't even going to listen.

You think you know someone, until they wind up so drunk on power that they start pointless fights with other groups and eventually turn on you when there's no one else left.

Power can and will corrupt if given a chance, and there's no hope for those who refuse accountability or responsibility for the ways it affects themselves and the people around them.

All you can do is step back let them collapse under their hubris.
