If there are policemen in New York City who prefer to work in North Carolina, Tennessee or Florida because Zohran Mamdani was elected mayor, it suggests that the police force has a load of Nazi bigots who are likely dangerous to the public, especially if they are more sadistic than service oriented.

It would extend the length of time the helicopter is stationary on the ground like a sitting duck, for one thing, and restarting can take a while.
