An excellent summary of the stupidity that is unfolding.
The admin officials talking about using tariffs to return manufacturing to the US a.) do not know anything about trade, b.) do not understand how tariffs work, c.) do not understand how global supply chains work, d.) do not understand what a modest percentage of overall output, trade or jobs...

The President of the United States, just one man out of 330 million Americans, should not have the power to so fundamentally change the course and direction of the country, no matter how many people were conned into voting for him. Our standing in the world is ruined for the foreseeable future.

I don’t know what my sentence would be if I were convicted of 34 felonies, but I’m pretty damn sure it wouldn’t be “unconditional discharge.”
