We went to see @mikemasse.com tonight. If you've never seen his Viral video of him performing 'Africa' you prob don't know who he is. Great covers of various songs from the 70s / 80s, basically a dinner theater thing that I took my GF parents to and everyone had a great time!

Went to Cirque Du Soleil 'Echo' last night. As always an absolutely amazing show. The first time I saw Cirque was in 1992 for 'Saltimbanco' and I've seen most if not every touring show since, as well as some of the shows in Vegas and one at Disney.

Tonight is a tomato pesto cream sauce over Ziti pasta with shrimp, crab, and some black-eyed peas. The I had some of the peas prepped so I figured I'd throw them in, pairs surprisingly well. 🍽
