I quit 6 1/2 months ago for the 3rd and final time. I smoked my last one right before leaving for the hospital for lung cancer surgery.

That works for me. 6 1/2 months smoke free. I still have what’s left of the last pack of cigarette I bought. I
could smoke them but I choose not to. That and I had 20% of my lung removed in May which makes smoking a less than ideal thing for me to do.

I don’t even pretend to know how or why people do that. I don’t do anything until I’ve had at least 1 cup of coffee. Been like that for 50 + years ☕️☕️
