A little year and a half ago, I was in a 50mph head-on collision. I've survived 9 motorcycle accidents (at fault for none).

About three months later I started massage, yoga, and PT. I could barely move, let alone bend over due to my back pain.

Today I just deadlifted 305lbs. I have no back pain.

Rewatching The Good Place - I was struck by how every version of fake and real paradise was a walkable, 15 minute city with no cars. It was only until a spoiled, self-centered asshole with zero ability to reflect showed up that a single car appeared.

Heaven is a walkable community.
